Prashant Kishore said – ‘We did not get as many votes as the number of people who took photos with us’
Prashant Kishore, the founder of Jan Suraj, had made many big claims before the Bihar Assembly elections (2025). He had even talked about forming the government with full majority, but after the results, the party was out on zero. Now Prashant Kishor is churning about defeat. He is going to different districts and meeting the workers. Meanwhile, a video of him is going viral on social media in which he is saying that he did not get as many votes as the number of people who took photographs with him.
In the video, Prashant Kishor is seen talking to the workers. He says, “Who has the proof that who is working honestly? We did not get as many votes as the people who took photos with us and everyone is saying that brother, only we did it and others did not. Those things have no meaning.”
On the other hand, Prashant Kishor reached Begusarai on Tuesday (February 17, 2026). During this, he attacked the NDA government over liquor ban and increasing crime in Bihar. He also made a public comment on electing the NDA government. Prashant Kishor said that if liquor ban is empowering women, then it should be implemented in the entire country.
Prashant Kishore told the media that Jan Suraj worked strategically for three years. The public elected him for service by giving approximately 18 lakh votes, not for leaving Bihar. He is following the public’s orders.
Prashant Kishore said that for the last three years, only one thing has been explained by Jan Suraj that you will reap what you sow. If you choose NDA then the government will run on the agenda of NDA. The agenda of NDA is clear, the whole country is watching it.
On the death of NEET student, Prashant Kishore said that the police first termed it as suicide but refused to consider it as murder. The government woke up in this matter only when he met the victim’s family. SIT was formed. After this, two police officers were suspended.
