Pakistan book their spot in the Super 8 stage after 102-run win over Namibia
Pakistan became the last team to qualify for the Super 8 stage of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. The Men in Green registered a 102-run win over Namibia to take their points tally to six from four matches, becoming the second country after India to make it to the next round from Group A. Chasing 200 runs, Namibia were dismissed for 97 runs in 17.3 overs, with Usman Tariq (4 wickets) and Shadab Khan (3 wickets) bowling well. Louren Steenkamp (23) and Alexander Busing-Volschenk (20) were the top run-getters for the associate nations.
Earlier, Sahibzada Farhan (100), Shadab (36) and Salman Agha (38) made useful contributions with the bat.
