Program at Shri Hanuman Balaji Temple on Mahashivratri, Sanatani Vinod Bindal said – May Mahadev bless everyone

New Delhi, 15 February 2026: On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, a grand atmosphere of devotion, reverence and spiritual joy was seen in the Shri Hanuman Balaji Temple complex located in Vivek Vihar. Long queues of devotees had started forming in the temple premises since early morning. The entire area became filled with devotion with the melodious sound of Har-Har Mahadev and Shiva bhajans. Devotees received blessings by having darshan of Lord Shiva with full enthusiasm and reverence.

Special worship of Lord Shiva, Rudrabhishek, Dugdhabhishek and Maha Aarti were duly organized in the temple. Amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras, devotees prayed for happiness, peace, prosperity and good health by offering water, milk, curd, honey, belpatra, datura and fruits and flowers. Special attention was paid to discipline and religious dignity throughout the event.

On this occasion, the founder president of the temple, Sanatani Vinod Bindal extended hearty greetings to all the devotees on Mahashivratri. He said that Mahadev is a symbol of compassion and welfare and his blessings strengthen love, unity and harmony in the society. Throwing light on the basic spirit of Sanatan Dharma, he inspired to make service, truth and restraint the basis of life.

Sanatani Vinod Bindal especially called upon the youth to stay away from social evils like drugs and contribute in building the nation and society with positive thinking. He said that Mahadev’s message is that true success can be achieved only by adopting balance, dignity and morality in life.

At the conclusion of the program, an appeal was made to the devotees to remain united and strengthen the religious and cultural traditions of Sanatan Samaj, so that our glorious heritage can be preserved and preserved for the coming generations.
