Mumbai. Famous film actor Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan has been put on ventilator. In fact, his health suddenly started deteriorating on Tuesday morning. When family members brought him to Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai, the doctors admitted him and kept him in the ICU. At first the doctors did not give much information about Salim Khan, but now it is being told that he has undergone surgery.

Till now no official statement has been issued by Salim Khan’s family. However, Dr. Jalil Parkar of the hospital has given important information about Salim Khan. Dr. Jalil Parkar said, ‘Salim Khan has undergone surgery. Now he has been put on ventilator. His condition is still stable. On Wednesday at 11 am, we will issue a press bulletin with the consent of the family and relatives.

Dr. Parker further said, ‘He is stable, but he is being closely monitored for his clinical status.’ Let us tell you, ever since Salim Khan has been admitted to the hospital, the Khan family members have been taking turns to meet him at the medical facility in Bandra. Javed Akhtar and Sanjay Dutt were also spotted outside the hospital.
Salim Khan – The Screenwriter
Salim Khan is considered one of the most influential screenwriters in the history of Hindi cinema. He used to write together with Javed Akhtar. Their pair was called Salim-Javed. He played an important role in creating mainstream Bollywood in the 1970s and early 1980s. He had written the screenplays of not one or two but 24 films and out of these 20 films were hits.
