Global AI Impact Summit 2026: Google CEO meets PM Modi, will participate in the summit on February 20
New Delhi. Google CEO Sundar Pichai, who came to participate in the Global AI Impact Summit 2026, has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi. Sundar Pichai will deliver the keynote address at the summit on 20 February. He shared a post on social media X before reaching India. Actually, India AI Impact Summit 2026 is being organized from 16 to 20 February at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. People from all over the world are participating in this summit and global issues related to Artificial Intelligence, governance, security and social impact are being discussed. The summit is expected to be the first major global AI conference to be held in the Global South, aiming to consider the transformative potential of AI with the philosophy of AI for Humanity. More than 110 countries, 30 international organizations, about 20 Heads of State/Head of Government level representatives and about 45 ministers are participating in the summit.
At the same time, PM Modi said on the increasing impact of AI that India’s IT sector has been the backbone of services exports and economic development. SI is a big opportunity as well as challenge for this sector. He said that due to AI based outsourcing and automation, India’s IT sector can reach $ 400 billion by 2030.
