In the mid-range segment, Infinix has today launched its new smartphone Infinix Note Edge 5G in India. The device is part of the company’s new series, designed for users who prefer phones with thin, light and curved displays, while not wanting to compromise on battery and performance. After the recently introduced XOS 16, this is the first device to come with software based on Android 16. Let us know about its price and features.
Price of Infinix Note Edge 5G
This smartphone is offered in three different variants: 6GB+128GB, 8GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. The base variant is priced at ₹21,999, the mid variant is priced at ₹23,999, and the top variant is priced at ₹25,999.
Additionally, as part of the launch offer, the company is also offering up to ₹2,000 instant discount on SBI and ICICI bank cards. Customers will also get one free screen replacement within six months and one year additional warranty.
This smartphone is available in three colors like Lunar Titanium, Stellar Blue, and Silk Green. Its sale will start from February 25 on the official online stores of Flipkart and Infinix.
Display and Software
Infinix Note Edge 5G has a 6.78-inch 1.5K 3D curved AMOLED display, whose resolution is 1,208 x 2,644 pixels. This screen comes with 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, making the experience extremely smooth. Its peak brightness is 4,500 nits, which maintains clarity even in sunlight. It has a protective cover of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
This phone works on XOS 16 based on Android 16, and the company has assured three years of OS updates and five years of security updates.
Processor and performance
MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset has been used in this smartphone, which comes with Mali-G610 GPU. It has up to 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. This combination claims to provide a better gaming and multitasking experience.
Camera and connectivity
For photography, Infinix Note Edge 5G has a dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP primary camera. There is also access to a 13MP selfie camera on the front.
For connectivity, this phone includes features like dual SIM support, 5G and 5.5G networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, OTG and FM radio.
