Loharsi. Chilahati road accident occurred on Friday evening in Chilahati village of Pachpedi area, where an uncontrolled tractor overturned in Darri pond located near the paddy market. In this tragic accident, the driver died on the spot, while two other people were seriously injured. After the accident, there was chaos in the village and a large number of villagers reached the spot.
According to the information received, Loharsi resident Chhotala Tiwari (40 years), father Trijugi Narayan Tiwari, were returning from Semra after emptying bricks from a tractor at around 7:30 pm. As soon as the vehicle reached near Darri Talab on Chilahati-Semhra road, suddenly the driver lost control of the tractor. The uncontrolled tractor slipped on the roadside and overturned directly into the pond. The accident was so horrific that Chhotala Tiwari died on the spot.
Two other people traveling on the tractor were seriously injured. The villagers immediately started relief work and took the injured out of the pond and sent them to the nearest hospital, where their treatment is going on. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot. The body has been sent for post-mortem and investigation has been started.
