T20WC 2026 WI vs ITA Playing 11: Shai Hope-led West Indies will square off against Harry Manenti-led Italy in the 37th match of the Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 on February 19 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

West Indies secured three straight wins in the Group stage games of the T20 World Cup campaign and will be aiming to win the final game of Group C to end on a positive note.

Meanwhile, Italy has been knocked out of the tournament with only one win out of three games. They will be aiming for a win in the upcoming game.

Italy won the toss and opted to bowl. Speaking at the toss, Harry Manenti said, “We are going to bowl first. We thought there might be a bit in the wicket early on this morning, so we wanted to give our seamers the best chance to swing it up front and pick up some early wickets.

Meanwhile, Shai Hope said, “Yeah, the toss is not in our hands. We have to set the total with the bat.”

“The processes still apply. It’s important for us to play that brand of cricket and not change much. We want to play good cricket and do the basics,” he concluded.

While asked about today West Indies Cricket Team players list, Hope said, “No changes for us.”
