‘Jio Arogya AI’: ‘Jio Arogya AI’ showcased at Jio Pavilion at India AI Impact Summit introduces AI-based clinic model in the field of primary healthcare. Reliance has unveiled JioArogya AI, an AI clinic designed to simplify primary healthcare through smart mirror scans and voice-enabled AI Doctor.

This AI-powered system screens and analyzes the patient’s vital health parameters within minutes, identifies potential risks and recommends specialist referral as needed. The system is designed to provide quick health assessments, flag potential risks and direct patients to specialist care when needed.
At the heart of the AI clinic is a “smart mirror” that detects potential health problems by scanning visual indicators such as the eyes and skin. The system processes these visual signals to generate an initial health profile within a few minutes.
Additionally, a “Voice AI Doctor” interacts with patients in multiple Indian languages, and collects symptom details interactively to ensure broad reach across diverse populations.
‘Jio Arogya AI’ classifies patients based on their condition, and gives priority to those requiring immediate medical attention.

This triage method aims to reduce the pressure on doctors by sorting out non-serious cases and directing urgent cases for prompt intervention.
Reliance has also indicated that portable medical equipment, such as handheld ECG devices and mobile X-ray units, can be integrated with AI clinics.
The company claims that its aim is to convert the primary health centers of the country into AI-enabled clinics, so that fast and affordable healthcare can be available even in remote areas.
