Kia India recently announced that the 2019 launch Kia Seltos has crossed the historic milestone of total sales of 6 lakh units in India. This performance underlines the Seltos’ continued dominance in the mid-SUV segment.

Since its launch, the Seltos has grabbed the attention of customers with features such as world-class design, various petrol and diesel powertrain options, automatic transmission, large-screen infotainment system, connected car technology and premium interiors.

Entry and mid variants are also enjoying steady demand, underlining the balanced value proposition of Seltos.

The Seltos offered customers the option to upgrade from a hatchback, sedan or compact SUV while offering high-end features in its price range. A wide range of trim options made this SUV attractive to customers of various budgets.

The next generation car will be more capable

The next-generation Seltos offers a more spacious cabin and stronger road presence with a length of 4,460 mm, width of 1,830 mm and a wheelbase of 2,690 mm. The new model has become more advanced with an improved ADAS suite, updated safety architecture and expanded digital interface.

The performance of the Seltos reinforces Kia India’s mid-SUV strategy, and the model will continue to appeal to customers looking for an upgrade and a premium experience.
