Katie Price has ignited new online drama after announcing she is expecting a baby shortly after marrying Lee Andrews.
The reality TV star revealed on Instagram that she and Andrews are expanding their family with Andrews writing “soon to be three” alongside a pregnancy emoji.
The announcement quickly drew attention not only for the timing since the announcement comes just weeks after their wedding.
Internet users are actually in a frenzy because of an unexpected reference to Price’s ex-husband Peter Andre.
To accompany the news Price used “The Best Things In Life Are Free” the 2006 duet she recorded with Andre as the soundtrack for her post.
The choice did not go unnoticed by fans given the former couple’s long and highly publicised split.
Price and Andre who share two children Junior and Princess previously ended a 16-year feud in an effort to co-parent peacefully.
Meanwhile Andrews has also been at the centre of controversy after his ex-partner Alana Percival publicly accused him of manipulation and dishonesty.
Price responded forcefully online defending her husband and accusing critics of jealousy.
“Your constant lies and put-downs is clearly showing how bitter you are,” Price wrote in one post adding that she knows “the truth” and is focused on building a future with Andrews.
She further stated “At least I’m the real woman he has found and deserves… enjoy watching us build our empire as I’m having his child.”
The announcement has since fueled widespread discussion on social media with many questioning the choice of music for the post and the renewed attention on Price’s past relationship with Andre.
Neither Andre nor his representatives has publicly responded to the latest development.
