What really happened?

The Indian youth shared his experience on social media. This incident was shared on X by a person named Rishi Vohra. According to Rishi’s post, he unknowingly fasted for 17 hours and then took a medicine, which caused him an allergic reaction. He further explained in his post that he was talking to his wife on the phone and then passed out while driving the car. The car’s driver monitoring system noticed his unconsciousness and immediately slowed down the car. The car was safely stopped on the side of the road, the emergency lights were on and the accident was avoided. Rishi’s wife then called the emergency services and he was taken to hospital.
