It is being told that some people took the help of Pawan Singh’s name and cheated him of a big musical show and extorted lakhs of rupees. The case has been registered at Atraulia police station in Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. The complainant says that he was assured that Pawan Singh himself would perform in the show, but later the whole game turned out to be fake.
Divyansh Singh of Amethi lodged a complaint
This matter has been complained by Divyansh Singh alias Kabir, resident of Gajanpur village of Amethi district. He is a music artist by profession and lives in Lucknow and organizes band shows along with playing guitar. Divyansh says that during an event, he met some people, who talked about organizing a big show and assured him of inviting Pawan Singh.
The show was planned for December 31, 2024
According to media reports, a big musical event was planned on 31 December 2024. The budget of the entire program was said to be around Rs 14 lakh. Divyansh alleged that he first gave an advance of Rs 9 lakh and later transferred another Rs 5 lakh 10 thousand. This amount was sent to the account of Nihal Singh’s mother. But even as the show date approached, no concrete preparations were visible.
Secret revealed after talking to Pawan Singh’s manager
Divyansh says that when he became suspicious, he directly contacted Pawan Singh’s team. Pawan Singh’s manager clearly denied that any such booking had been made. After this the mobile phones of the accused were also switched off. Only then did Divyansh understand that a big game had been played with him.
Police engaged in investigation, statement has not come yet
The victim complained about the entire matter to the SSP, after which a case was registered against Nihal Singh, Nishant Singh, Nitin Singh and Aman Singh at Atraulia police station. The police is now busy investigating the case. At the same time, no official statement has come out from Pawan Singh or his team on this entire controversy yet.
From every village to the city, the name of Powerstar is famous. In such a situation, this case of fraud in his name has become a big topic of discussion. Now it has to be seen what truth comes out in the investigation.
