Akhilesh’s attack on the Batuk episode of Magh Mela, said – ‘If you are going to Japan, then visit Kyoto also’

digital desk- Akhilesh Yadav has made a scathing attack on the state government on the issue of alleged insult to Batuks in Magh Mela. During the Rae Bareli tour, the SP chief said that when the Deputy CM himself is saying that those who insult will be guilty of sin, then why are they not being punished. He raised the question why both the Deputy CMs are unable to take action. Akhilesh Yadav taunted and said, “If the Chief Minister goes to Japan, will our Deputy CM reach there to protest?” His statement is being considered as a direct political attack on the ruling party. The SP chief alleged that the government is not showing seriousness even in sensitive matters.

Sharp reaction was also given on Yadav ji’s love story.

Akhilesh Yadav also gave a sharp reaction regarding the film ‘Yadav Ji Ki Love Story’. He said that this is the “love story” of the Bharatiya Janata Party and an attempt to divide the society. Akhilesh alleged that earlier the Brahmin community was insulted through a film, whose name he does not even consider appropriate. He said, “Why is a society which is honest, being shown in a wrong way in films?” His statement is indicating a new controversy arising between film and politics. The SP chief also took a dig at Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s proposed visit to Japan. He wrote in a social media post, “If you are going to Japan, then go to Kyoto also, so that you can know why the main parliamentary constituency Kashi could not become like Kyoto or how its heritage got spoiled.” He suggested that positive lessons regarding heritage conservation and urban development should be brought from Japan.

Government and opposition face to face on many issues

Akhilesh Yadav further said that what new scheme will the government be able to make in the name of study tour in its last year. Terming it as “pleasure-tourism”, he said that if the Chief Minister accepts it, he will be remembered for at least one truth. He said in a sarcastic tone that the special study of flora will be taken only for personal benefit or it will also be shared in the interest of the state. These statements of the SP chief have once again increased the tension in the politics of the state. The government and the opposition are at loggerheads on issues like the Batuk episode of Magh Mela, controversy over films and the Chief Minister’s foreign tour. BJP’s reaction to these statements may also increase the political temperature further in the coming days.
