Nissan Motor India Private Limited has unveiled the ‘New Nissan Gravity’ 7-seater MPV in the Indian market, with a starting price of Rs 5.65 lakh ex-showroom. This model has been introduced under the ‘Made in India, Made for India’ policy of the company.

Gravite has been developed keeping in mind the needs of modern Indian families. Flexible layout of 2 to 7 seats, large boot space and practical cabin design are the key features of this car. A whopping 625 liters of boot space is available in the 5-seater configuration.

The Gravite features Nissan’s signature ‘C’ design language, LED headlamps and taillamps, piano black grille, roof rails and higher ground clearance. The interior features premium suede-leatherette seats, 3-row AC vents, cooled glove box and spacious cabin space.

Technology and Connectivity

The MPV features a 20.32 cm floating touchscreen (with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support), 17.78 cm digital instrument cluster, wireless charger, auto LED headlamps, walk-away lock and parking sensors.

Safety features

Gravite comes with over 30 standard safety features. It includes 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Traction Control, Hill Start Assist, Brake Assist and ABS with EBD.

engine and mileage

The car is powered by a 1.0 liter, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine produces 72 PS of power and 96 Nm of torque. Available with 5-speed manual and AMT transmission options, the company claims a mileage of up to 19.6 kmpl (AMT).

Limited edition and colors

The Gravite will be available in five colors namely Forest Green, Onyx Black, Blade Silver, Storm White and Metallic Grey. The limited launch edition offers additional features like JBL speakers, dual dashcams, air purifier and ambient lighting.
