His 28-year-old granddaughter Sindhu shared an emotional post on Instagram, in which she told that her grandfather is still very active.

He travels on his own, cooks his own food and is always excited to learn new things. Sindhu wrote that the wellness industry may be worth a trillion dollars, but the secret of her ‘thatha”s health is simple everyday habits and discipline.

94 year old Dr. Viswanathan’s lifestyle inspired

In the post, Sindhu also told that her grandfather is not dependent on any expensive gym or supplements. He remains active throughout the day and is learning new things like using a laptop to stay mentally healthy.
