Deadly attack on former Samajwadi Party MLA, police arrested two accused

Kanpur. Former MLA of Samajwadi Party was fatally attacked late on Friday night. The incident took place when he was returning from a wedding ceremony late at night. The attackers attacked the former MLA’s convoy by pelting stones and broke the rear glass of the car. Police have arrested two accused in the case. The police is raiding in search of an accused. Based on the complaint of the former MLA, the police have registered a case and have started investigation.

Late night, there was a deadly attack on the convoy of former Samajwadi Party MLA Munindra Shukla of Bithoor assembly constituency of Kanpur district. The rear glass of his moving car was completely shattered in the attack. The fortunate thing is that everyone present in the attack, including former MLA Munindra Shukla, is safe. No one has suffered any kind of injury. Let us tell you that the former MLA was returning from a marriage ceremony late on Friday night. During this time, the convoy of the former MLA was attacked near Singhpur intersection of Bithoor police station area. The police, which arrived on the information of the former MLA, arrested Amber Dixit and Rishabh Yadav from the spot on the basis of CCTV. Sumit, who carried out the incident, fled from the spot, police are searching for him. Deputy Commissioner of Police West SM Qasim Abidi said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the former MLA. At the same time, raids are being conducted in search of absconding Sumit, he will also be arrested soon.
