thyroid This is the result of today’s deteriorating lifestyle, due to which women especially have to face many problems.
This is not just a problem with the neck gland, but it also affects the body’s metabolism, energy production and hormonal balance. When the thyroid gland is unable to produce hormones properly, conditions like hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism arise. In this article we will discuss aspects related to hypothyroidism and its weight gain.
In hypothyroidism, the activity of the gland decreases, due to which the production of hormones decreases. This affects the body’s ability to burn calories, causing slow digestion, increased fatigue, and slow weight gain. In Ayurveda, it has been linked to the imbalance of Kapha and Vata dosha, which causes heaviness and swelling in the body. In this condition, physical activity decreases, which increases obesity.
The biggest problem related to thyroid is weight gain, which is necessary to control.
For this, many simple remedies have been suggested in Ayurveda. To lose weight, it is important to have correct metabolism. For this, Trikatu powder made from dry ginger, black pepper and long pepper can be used. This powder improves digestive fire and strengthens metabolism. It can be taken daily with honey.
Another remedy is Guggulu Kalp, which is considered to be an effective way of weight loss. It activates the lymphatic system, which improves fat metabolism. The third solution is Giloy and Neem juice, which increases immunity and purifies the blood.
Giloy and Neem juice helps in balancing thyroid hormones and increases the production of T-3 and T-4. Lemon and honey water is helpful in reducing weight, and it should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. It promotes metabolic activation, due to which energy remains in the body and there is no problem in daily tasks.
