Ingredients to make Crunchy Momos

two cups flour
a chopped carrot
a chopped capsicum
a chopped onion
two chopped cabbages
garlic cloves
a spoonful of vinegar
two spoons soy sauce
a spoonful of black pepper
salt to taste
two tablespoons cornflour
a cup of oil
Complete recipe for making crunchy momos at home
To make crunchy momos at home, first add flour, salt and two spoons of oil in a vessel and mix well. After this, add one cup of water to this mixture, knead the dough and keep it covered for 10-15 minutes. Now cut all the vegetables you have for making stuffing into small pieces and keep them in a plate. Then heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste, chopped onion and green chilli and fry until the color of onion turns light brown.
Then after both of them become light brown, add carrot, cauliflower and capsicum, mix well and cook for 7-10 minutes. After cooking on gas for some time, add two spoons of salt and one spoon of black pepper, mix well and remove from the gas. Now take cornflakes in a vessel and crush them.
Meanwhile, prepare a solution of flour and water in another bowl. Now to make momos, take some dough and roll it into a round shape. Add 1 tablespoon of prepared stuffing in it and fold it from the edges to make momos. Now dip the momos in the flour batter and dip them in the cornflakes. After this, heat oil in the pan and deep fry all the momos. (Keep in mind that the momos should not be fried too much, otherwise their taste may become quite bitter.) By doing this, all your crunchy momos will be ready to serve. You can eat these with red chutney.
