Through CM Jan Suni Portal and mobile app, problems like water, electricity, roads and cleanliness can be directly sent to the concerned department while sitting at home. Complaint will be registered with one click and the resolution process will become fast, simple and transparent.
While talking to the media, CM Rekha Gupta said that today on behalf of the Delhi government, we have launched the CM Public Hearing Portal and Mobile App. Now the people of Delhi will be able to easily convey their problems to the government through both online and offline methods. Our call centers will work on this, there will be a complete feedback system, and there will also be appeal authorities.
Now every Delhiite will be able to directly register complaints regarding problems like water, electricity, roads and cleanliness through his mobile or portal. 75 government services including income, residence, caste, marriage, birth-death certificate and ration card will now be available close to home at 7,000 CSC centers in Delhi.
Through the EWS-DG-CWSN portal, the process of admission in private schools will become more clean, transparent and systematic, so that children can get fair and fair opportunities.
