Quick solution to public problems through CM Jansunwai portal: Rekha Gupta!

The BJP government of Delhi launched the CM Jan Shyam Portal to solve the problems of the people of Delhi. CM Rekha Gupta said that the problems of the people of Delhi will be solved through this portal.

With the launch of this portal, now Delhiites do not need to visit offices to get their problems and complaints resolved. Through CM Jan Suni Portal and mobile app, problems like water, electricity, roads and cleanliness can be directly sent to the concerned department while sitting at home. Complaint will be registered with one click and the resolution process will become fast, simple and transparent.

While talking to the media, CM Rekha Gupta said that today on behalf of the Delhi government, we have launched the CM Public Hearing Portal and Mobile App. Now the people of Delhi will be able to easily convey their problems to the government through both online and offline methods. Our call centers will work on this, there will be a complete feedback system, and there will also be appeal authorities.

Through this portal, our aim is to listen to the problems of people from every corner of Delhi and provide solutions to them. I assure the people of Delhi that while working in digital form, our government will provide facilities to the people of Delhi, transparency and also corruption-free governance.

Now every Delhiite will be able to directly register complaints regarding problems like water, electricity, roads and cleanliness through his mobile or portal. 75 government services including income, residence, caste, marriage, birth-death certificate and ration card will now be available close to home at 7,000 CSC centers in Delhi.

Through the EWS-DG-CWSN portal, the process of admission in private schools will become more clean, transparent and systematic, so that children can get fair and fair opportunities. Our government is continuously working to create such a developed Delhi, where every citizen gets better and easier services through technology.

On the Youth Congress protest at the AI Summit, CM Rekha Gupta said that what the Congress did as part of a well-planned conspiracy was not just disruption of an event, it was a planned attempt to undermine India’s prestige, India’s honor and India’s bright future.

Congress neither accepted India’s progress earlier nor does it accept India’s world leadership today. His political interest has always been above national interest. This is the new India… which is moving forward, which is leading, and which the countrymen will not allow to weaken at any cost. I strongly condemn this irresponsible conduct of Congress.
