- 6 bread slices (white or brown)
- 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum

- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp butter

How to make Masala Toast Sandwich
The delicious masala sandwich is also preferred as a snack. To prepare this, first heat some butter in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry it lightly. Now add chopped onion and cook until it turns golden. After this add capsicum and peas and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Now add mashed potatoes and add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix the spices well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Let the prepared masala cool.
