Latest good news from UP government: This work will start in these villages!

Lucknow. The government has taken two important steps towards strengthening rural development and public health in Uttar Pradesh. On one hand, special Chaupals are being organized in the consolidated villages, while on the other hand, preparations are being made for a comprehensive campaign to eradicate anemia. The aim of these initiatives is to reduce disputes in villages, speed up administrative work and improve the health status of people.

Special Chaupal campaign in consolidation villages

Chaupals will be set up in every village between February 23 and 28 in the consolidation areas of the state. In these Chaupals, the problems of the farmers will be heard directly and efforts will be made to solve them on the spot. Consolidation Commissioner Dr. Hrishikesh Bhaskar Yashod has instructed the concerned Consolidation Officer, Settlement Officer and Deputy Director that at least two Chaupals should be organized in every village.

The main objectives of this initiative are:

Resolution of disputes related to the boundaries of fields,

Transparency in distribution of funds,

Ending mutual differences with the consent of farmers,

To reduce the litigations related to Khatauni and Gata numbers.

Increasing communication at the village level will not only reduce disputes but the consolidation process will also be completed faster. This is expected to provide relief to farmers from legal and administrative troubles.

Anemia free campaign in schools and panchayats

Now the government is going to take a big step in the field of health also. Initiatives like “Anemia Free Class”, “Anemia Free School” and “Anemia Free Panchayat” will be started to deal with the problem of anemia. This campaign will be run with the cooperation of the district administration.

The key features of this campaign will be:

Investigation by health teams in schools

Monitoring hemoglobin levels in children and adolescents

Awareness programs and nutritional counseling

Development of digital reporting system

Widespread promotion through social media

In this campaign, education, health and other departments will work together so that the campaign becomes effective and productive. It is clear from both these initiatives that the government is active on both the fronts of administrative reforms and public health. While Chakbandi Chaupal will reduce rural disputes, the anemia free campaign will provide a healthy future to the coming generations.
