Javed Akhtar has shared the post on X following the orders of Taliban in Afghanistan. He wrote that wife beating has now been legalized in Taliban. The only condition is that no bones should be broken. He further wrote in his post that if a woman goes to her maternal home without the consent of her husband, she will have to face three months in jail.

Taliban’s law is a 90-page document
