Rajasthan RTE Admission 2026: Online applications for admission under RTE have started from 20th February, and the last date has been fixed by the government as 4th March. After this, lottery will be drawn on March 6. This entire process will be done under the orders issued on February 13, which simply means that this time all the parents applying will have to complete the process based on the new rules.
PAN card required for the first time
Let us tell you that this time PAN card information has been asked in the application form. In such a situation, it will be mandatory for the parents who have PAN card to provide its number. Those who do not have PAN card, they will not need to fill this number. Through PAN card, the education department and the concerned school will ensure whether the income certificate is correct or not.
The school will investigate
Whereas if the school has doubts about the income of any parent. During this time the school can ask for PAN card. If parents say that they do not have a PAN card, and the school finds the situation suspicious, then the school can investigate it from its end. After this, a complaint regarding this can be sent to the education department.
Strict action will be taken against irregularities
Apart from this, if any irregularity is found in the investigation, then the education department can ask the parent to submit ITR (Income Tax Return). If fraud is proved then the admission will be cancelled, along with this double fees can be recovered from the parent and FIR will also be registered. Legal action can also be taken against the school.
According to the Education Department, only needy children should get the benefit of RTE, and this time strict action will be taken against those taking admission on the basis of fake documents. This time the process is clear and transparent that if wrong information is given by anyone, then direct action will be taken against him.
