Tejasvi has bought a luxury apartment in Bay Heights, the famous celebrity area of Mumbai. The price of this property is Rs 7.63 crore. According to CRE Matrix documents, the deal was formally registered on February 16, 2026.

Tejashwi’s new apartment is spread over 121.14 square meters (about 1,304 square feet), which also includes two reserved parking slots. Registration records also show that stamp duty of Rs 38.15 lakh was paid under this transaction. The official handover of the property is expected to take place on 29 November 2030.
