Mega mega legal aid and service camp was organized grandly in Tulsi Sadan.
Pratapgarh. Under the direction of National Legal Services Authority and Uttar Pradesh Legal Services Authority, a mega/large legal aid and service camp was organized at Tulsisadan (Hadihal) under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority Pratapgarh. The program was inaugurated by District Judge Rajeev Kamal Pandey by lighting the lamp. In the mega and service camp program, District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority Rajeev Kamal Pandey, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Shambhavi, Additional District Judge Ajay Kumar, Chief Development Officer Dr. Divya Mishra and other judicial officers visited the exhibition organized by various departments in the Tulsi Sadan complex.
The District Judge and Secretary appreciated the children’s exhibition organized by the Basic and Secondary Education Department. During this period, cultural programs based on patriotism were presented by the children of Basic Education Department including Government Girls Inter College, Pratapgarh, Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls School, Patti. In the Mega and Service Camp programme, the District Judge, Additional District Judge and Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority made children happy and pregnant women were given baby showers.
In the program, distribution of tricycles to 05 disabled beneficiaries, electric chalk to 05 beneficiaries and pagmill to 02 beneficiaries, approval letters to 10 beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, certificates to 05 beneficiaries of PM Swanidhi Yojana, mini kits to 25 beneficiaries of Agriculture Department, Rs 5 lakh 25 thousand to 1 beneficiary of Construction Workers Death Disability Assistance and Disability Pension (Accident) Scheme. Certificate of financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh 25 thousand to 04 beneficiaries, distribution of golden card to 10 beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Yojana, distribution of appointment letters to the trainees selected in Tata Motors under ITI and Skill Development Mission, distribution of demo check of Rs 26 crore 55 lakh 30 thousand to the women of self-help group of National Rural Livelihood Mission, laptop to 10 beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana Covid, distribution of demo check to 10 beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana general. Approval certificate to 06 children, distribution of approval letter to 3 beneficiaries of Destitute Women Pension Scheme, approval letter to 5 beneficiaries of Old Age Pension Scheme, grant certificate of Rs. 45-45 thousand to 5 beneficiaries under Goat Rearing Scheme of Animal Husbandry Department, demo check of Rs. 5-5 lakh to 5 beneficiaries of Chief Minister Yuva Udyami Yojana, 5 beneficiaries by forming new Matsya Jeevan Cooperative Societies on behalf of Fisheries Department. Registration certificate, OTS certificate were provided to 5 beneficiaries.
Apart from this, 5 meritorious Kabaddi players Rani Pandey, Shivangi, Anushka Yadav, Deepanshu Yadav, Avan Nishad and Suraj Kharwar who did a remote tractor operated project in the Science Technology Exhibition were given certificates. Chief guest of the program, District Judge Rajiv Kamal Pandey said in his address that the objective of the Legal Services Authority is to provide justice and benefits of government schemes to the person standing in the last line of the society. He directed the officials to identify the eligible beneficiaries and connect them with various welfare schemes of the government, so that the weak, poor and deprived sections of the society can get real help.
Additional District Judge I Ajay Kumar said that such programs ensure access to welfare schemes for the weaker sections. In the program, Additional Civil Judge Yatindra Pal Singh said that along with legal aid, the weaker sections have access to welfare schemes. The program was coordinated by Secretary District Legal Services Authority Shambhavi II. In his address, he thanked all the departments for their cooperation in the program. In the program, Project Director Dayaram Yadav provided his support in making the program successful by coordinating with various departments.
Information about the process of legal aid was provided by Legal and Defense Council Mahavir Yadav, Panel Advocate Vishwanath Tripathi, PLV Niranjan Prakash Tiwari and Munindra Pratap. In the mega/large legal aid and service camp program, Child Development and Nutrition, Basic Education Department, Secondary Education Department, Electricity Department, Labor Department, Social Welfare Department, Fisheries Department, Agriculture Department, Disabled Empowerment Department, Baroda Self-Employment Development Institute, Fertilizer and Logistics Department, Industry and Khadi Village Industries Department, Dairy Development Department, Jal Jeevan Mission, Panchayati Raj Department, Government District Library, Women Welfare Department, Animal Husbandry Department, AYUSH Department, Health Department, Horticulture Department, National Exhibitions were organized by Rural Livelihood Mission, Total Security Center, District Urban Development Agency (DUDA) and other departments, which was viewed by the guests and general public present in the program.
On this occasion, Additional District Judge, Special Judge SC ST Hemant, Special Judge Ankita Dubey and all judicial officers and district level officers of various departments were present. The program was conducted by PLV District Legal Services Authority Ram Prakash Pandey.
