Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Namo Bharat RRTS on Sunday. He dedicated the Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor to the country. This project is worth Rs 12,830 crore. Earlier, PM Modi flagged off Namo Bharat and Meerut Metro.
Speaking on the occasion, PM Modi said, ‘Today for the first time, Namo Bharat Rapid Rail and Metro services are being launched on the same day from a single platform. This is a wonderful glimpse of what the connectivity of a developed India will be like. I am satisfied that this work has been done in Uttar Pradesh with modern trains like Namo Bharat to give impetus to the vision of inner city metro and twin city.

He said, ‘Our work culture is to work day and night to complete the work for which the foundation stone is laid. Therefore, now projects do not hang and wander like before. Earlier, there used to be silence in the entire route here as soon as it was evening. There was an atmosphere of fear and dread here. Now on one hand law and order has also improved and on the other hand people have got the means of convenient and safe travel.
Referring to women power, he said, ‘I am happy that Namo Bharat Rapid Rail has also become a symbol of the power of women power. In this, our daughters are working as train operators, station control staff, in most of such work, daughters are taking the lead. Today India has become the third largest network in the world in terms of metro. Apart from Meerut, metro work is going on in many cities of UP.

Criticizing the Congress, he said, ‘In the last 11 years, Metro has reached dozens of cities in the country because the BJP government wants to provide facilities to the people of the country. When Congress-SP were in power in Delhi, all this was not possible because then infrastructure projects got lost in scams. We also stopped scams and took the country forward on the path of self-reliance, because BJP’s priority is the development of the country, the convenience and prosperity of the countrymen.

He said, ‘This is happening for the first time in the country that Namo Bharat and Metro Rail will run on the same station, same track. That is, from the same platform you will be able to travel within the city and can also travel directly to Delhi from the same station. Many developed countries of the world are making trade agreements with India today. Today developed countries are eager to connect with India.
matter for farmers
PM Modi said about farmers, ‘Today the world feels that India is the power which can provide solutions to the challenges of the 21st century. Meerut, Hapur and surrounding areas have seen the vision of Chaudhary Charan Singh ji from the very beginning. It was the good fortune of our government that we got the privilege of giving Bharat Ratna to Chaudhary Charan Singh ji. Following his vision, BJP’s double engine government is continuously working to increase the income of farmers. Till now, farmers of UP have received approximately Rs 95 thousand crore under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.
Targeted at Congress
At the AI Summit, he said, ‘On one hand, the countrymen are working hard day and night to make India developed, but there are some political parties in the country which are not able to digest India’s success. Just now you saw that the world’s largest AI Impact Summit took place in India. Representatives from more than 80 countries across the world came to Delhi. Such a conference has never been held in the developing countries of the world till date. But Congress and its ecosystem turned a global event of India into an arena for its naked and dirty politics. Congress leaders took off their clothes and reached the venue of the function in front of the foreign guests.

He said, ‘I ask the Congress people that the country knows that you are already naked, then what was the need to take off your clothes. AI Global Summit was not a function of BJP, it was a program of the country, a program to honor the country, but Congress broke all limits the day before yesterday. Today, this tradition and policy of the Congress is being criticized all over the country, but unfortunately, the leaders of such an old party boast shamelessly instead of being ashamed.
