Yash congratulates stunt director JJ Perry on Taurus Awards win, calls him a “true master of the craft”

actor Yash took to social media to congratulate Hollywood stunt director JJ Perrywho is also working on Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown Upsafter he won Best Action Director at the Taurus World Stunt Awards. The awards are considered among the top honors in stunt work.

Sharing a photo of Perry holding his trophy, Yash wrote, “Congratulations brother @jilocoperry for winning Best Action Director at the Taurus Awards. A true master of the craft, this is just one of many more milestones to follow!!”

JJ Perry is known for his action work in films like John Wickthe Fast & Furious franchise, and day shift. He is currently handling the action sequences for Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown Ups. His collaboration with Yash began as an international project and has grown into a closer creative partnership. Perry also worked with Yash during the Mumbai shooting schedule to design action scenes that combine international stunt techniques with Indian storytelling.

As Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups prepares for its worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026, the collaboration between Yash and JJ Perry has become an important part of the film’s production.

Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas and directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film has been shot in Kannada and English. Dubbed versions will also release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and other languages.
