Three big investments worth Rs 6,650 crore will be made under the leadership of CM Yogi during his visit to Singapore, more than 20,000 jobs will be created

Singapore/Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is on Singapore tour. On the very first day of the tour, Universal Success Group signed three important MoUs for investment of Rs 6,650 crore in the state. These investments will be in strategic sectors like housing, logistics and hyperscale data centers and will create more than 20,000 jobs.

CM Yogi informed the investors about the state’s policy stability, better connectivity and rapidly developing industrial infrastructure. He invited the group to come to Lucknow for setting up the data center and said that the UP government is committed to support investors at every level.

Details of investment projects-
1. International Theme Based Group Housing Project (Yamuna Expressway Area)

An international theme based township will be developed on 100 acres of land near Jewar Airport.

Investment: Rs 3,500 crore

Employment: about 12,000 people

Expected start of project: 2027-
2. Logistics Park on Kanpur-Lucknow Highway

Logistics park will be developed in 50 acres of land.

Investment: Rs 650 crore

Employment: about 7,500 people

Expected start of project: 2027-
3. Hyper Scale Data Center Park in Noida/Greater Noida

A data center park with 40 MW IT power capacity will be established on 10 acres of land.

Investment: Rs 2,500 crore

Employment: about 1,500 people

Expected start of project: 2028

These investments are expected to bring a new revolution in the field of housing, logistics and technical infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh.
