According to the calendar of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), there are going to be holidays in banks this week due to various reasons. Today i.e. on Monday, if you live in Ranchi, do not make the mistake of going to the bank, because a public holiday has been declared there due to the municipal elections 2026. Where are the banks closed today (23 February)? According to the notification of RBI, on 23 February 2026, banks will remain closed only in Ranchi and related electoral areas of Jharkhand.
