Ranchi: Jharkhand Government Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore has presented the budget in the Assembly. He has said that everyone will get a chance to smile in the budget of Hemant Soren government. Radhakrishna Kishore is presenting the budget for the second time. The Finance Minister started the budget speech by paying tribute to Dishom Guru Shibu Soren and Amar Martyrs.

In his speech, the Finance Minister raised questions on the central government not providing financial help. He said that even at the end of the financial year, Rs 5,000 crore had not been received. Not only this, Rs 11,000 crore is also outstanding towards grants. Radhakrishna Kishore alleged that due to the policies of the Centre, the economic burden on Jharkhand is increasing. Due to irregularities in Goods and Services Tax, there is a loss of four thousand crores every year.

Due to the new name of MNREGA, the financial burden on Jharkhand will increase. The Finance Minister said that even if the Central Government does not provide financial help, it should not let its money go short. The Finance Minister said that there was no financial burden of any kind due to the Mainiyan Samman Yojana.

The Finance Minister said that he has tried to keep the fiscal deficit low.
