Crispy Veg Nuggets

Material: Boiled potatoes, finely chopped onions, carrots, capsicum, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, breadcrumbs, corn flour, fresh coriander, flour, water and oil for frying.

Method of preparation: Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl and add onion, carrot, capsicum and green chilli. Now add all the spices, ginger-garlic paste and fresh coriander and mix well. After this, prepare a soft mixture by adding breadcrumbs and corn flour and shape into small balls or lollipops. Make a batter by mixing flour, corn flour and water, dip each ball in the batter and then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry them until golden and crisp, drain off excess oil and serve hot. These can be frozen and used later also.
