Panic in West Bengal, threat to bomb 6 district courts including Kolkata, sensation created by email

On Monday, there was a panic in the entire administration after receiving a threat to bomb 6 district courts of the state simultaneously. This threatening message was sent through email, in which it has been said that many sensitive places including Hooghly, Kolkata City Civil Court and North 24 Parganas will be targeted. Where were the threats received? (The Targeted Locations) The email sender has targeted major courts of the state one by one. The courts where alert has been issued include: Kolkata City Civil Court (most sensitive area) Hooghly District Court Barasat (North 24 Parganas) Barrackpur Court Howrah District Court Bidhannagar Court What is written in the email? (The Content of Threat) According to initial investigation, in this email sent from an unknown ID, it was written that explosives have been planted in the premises of the courts and they can explode at any time. Security cordon tightened: As soon as the threat was received, the court proceedings were immediately stopped and judges, lawyers and complainants were taken out. Search operation: Bomb Disposal Squad and Dog Squad of Kolkata Police and District Police reached the spot and conducted an intensive search operation. Police action and investigation (Current Status) Taking the matter seriously, the state ADG (Law and Order) has handed over the investigation to STF. Cyber cell active: Police is trying to track the IP address from which this email was sent. Rumor or conspiracy?: Police is also investigating whether this is an attempt to postpone the hearing of a criminal case or whether a terrorist organization is behind it.
