On Tuesday night, 24 February, some unknown miscreants targeted a car and fired several rounds near Marghat Hanuman Temple located in Kashmiri Gate, Delhi. Surprisingly, Deepak Khatri, husband of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s lawyer, and some of his associates were traveling in this car. A person present in the car was shot in this attack. According to the police, the attack took place around 10:15 pm.
Three attackers on a bike chased the car from behind and fired at least four bullets. In this attack, a person named Sandeep, who works in an NGO and was present with Deepak Khatri, was shot in his shoulder. It was fortunate that the lawyer herself was not present in the car at the time of the attack.

What is the whole matter?
According to the statements of eyewitnesses and victims present at the scene, three youths were riding a motorcycle. They surrounded the car from behind and then started firing rapidly. In the video after the attack, it can be seen that the rear glass of the car has been completely shattered.
Sandeep, who was injured by the bullet, was immediately taken to the hospital. Police say that they are associates of Deepak Khatri.

Special Cell and Crime Branch teams of Delhi Police have started investigating the case. The forensic team reached the spot and collected evidence. The police are deeply investigating whether this attack was carried out by a rival gang.
All CCTV footage of the area is being scrutinized so that the escape route of the attackers can be ascertained. At present, the police is investigating the case from every angle and trying to find out what was the real motive of the attack.
