Questions are being raised on Ajit Pawar plane crash, CM Fadnavis demands CBI investigation from the Centre.
Mumbai: A new demand arose regarding the investigation into the plane crash that took the life of Ajit Pawar. This accident not only shook the political circles but also raised many questions in the minds of common people. Now the state government has taken a big step to find answers to all these questions. After NCP demanded a CBI investigation into this matter, the state government has written a letter to the Central Government requesting to start the process.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis clearly said that the government wants to remove any kind of doubt and the investigation will be conducted with complete transparency. He told that he has also talked to Union Home Minister Amit Shah in this regard. The Chief Minister says that neither the Civil Aviation Ministry nor the state government wants to hide anything. CBI investigation will make it possible to investigate all allegations and suspicions impartially.
All aspects are being investigated
Some doubts were raised in the press conference by NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar. On this, the Chief Minister said that if anyone has concrete information, then it should be shared with the government or the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). He said that the technical investigation of the accident is going on. Digital recorders have been found and their data has been downloaded. The search for the voice recorder is also going on. Experts are examining the data with the help of aircraft manufacturing companies.
He told that the qualification of the pilot, maintenance of the aircraft and all the necessary standards are being closely scrutinized. The Chief Minister also said that not only the crashed aircraft but other aircraft of the concerned company are also being audited. The investigation is being conducted on the basis of 13 fixed parameters, and if anyone has additional information, it will also be included.
Deputy Chief Minister also expressed confidence
Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar also expressed confidence that the truth will come out through the CBI investigation and whatever facts are there will be made public.
Girwal got clean chit
Meanwhile, in another matter, the Chief Minister has given relief to FDA Minister Narhari Jirwal. A clerk in his office was accused of taking bribe. The Chief Minister clarified that no role of the minister has come to light in the investigation. He reiterated that the government has a policy of zero tolerance towards corruption. The Anti-Corruption Bureau has been given complete freedom and if evidence is found against anyone, action will be taken. However, the private secretary of the minister has been transferred under administrative responsibility.
