Method of preparation (Step-by-Step Recipe)
Prepare the batter: Mix semolina, curd and gram flour in a large bowl. Add little water to it and prepare a thick batter (like the batter for idli). This 10-15 minutes Keep it covered so that the semolina swells properly.
