Jeera Chhachh Recipe: The weather is getting quite hot these days. With the arrival of March and April, some eating habits should change. Cumin seeds are more beneficial for digestion than the taste. Consuming cumin seeds daily will provide relief from gas, acidity and constipation. It will keep the stomach cool. You can easily make cumin chacha at home using curd or plain chacha. Take a quick note of the cumin sauce recipe.

Method of cumin powder

Cumin ghee (without tempering) – To make this, either use curd or buy plain ghee from the market. If using curd, add water, stir well and make a curd. Now, roast 1 tsp cumin seeds in a pan. Once the cumin seeds cool slightly, grind them coarsely with a rolling pin. Now add ground cumin seeds, black salt, asafoetida and little chaat masala to the buttermilk. The cumin seeds are ready. You can drink it plain or with your meal.

Peel the cumin seeds

To make these skins, you have to thin the curd by whisking. If making it with plain skin, keep it as is. Add black salt and chaat masala to the skins. Add a little roasted cumin. Now, add 1 tsp of mustard oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Add hing and switch off the flame. Now, add 1 pinch of red chilli powder and fry the skins and cover immediately. Cumin seeds are ready. Drinking it will give a rich taste and keep your stomach healthy.
