After the match, a scuffle broke out between a Pakistani fan and an English supporter, due to which the entire stadium became tense.

After Pakistan’s defeat, an angry Pakistani fan started an argument with an England supporter. The matter reached a scuffle. It is seen in the video that there was a scuffle from both sides and the situation started worsening. Sri Lankan spectators sitting nearby intervened and separated the two. This entire incident has become increasingly viral on social media.

An Australian influencer Jake Jennings shared this video. He has accused the Pakistani fan, whose name is said to be Saud, of provoking and threatening him earlier also. Jake wrote that this person does such acts again and again and now ICC should take strict action.

On the other hand, Saud presented his side. He says that the England fan first came to him, misbehaved and threw beer on him. Because of this the fight escalated. The matter has become more complicated due to different claims from both the sides.

Talking about the match, England defeated Pakistan by 2 wickets. Batting first, Pakistan scored 164 runs losing 9 wickets. Captain Harry Brook played an amazing innings for England. He scored 100 runs in 51 balls, which included 10 fours and 4 sixes. This was his first century in T20 International. Thanks to this innings of Brook, England achieved the target in 19.1 overs and secured their place in the semi-finals.

This defeat was very heavy for Pakistan. Due to the cancellation of the match against New Zealand due to rain, they got only one point. Now after the defeat against England, they are stuck in points. They only have the last Super 8 match left against Sri Lanka. Victory is important, but the hopes of the semi-finals also depend on the results of other matches.
