Actually, this incident happened during the 101st over of the first innings of Jammu and Kashmir, when captain Paras Dogra hit a four off the ball of fast bowler Prasidh Krishna. During this, Paras clashed with fielder KV Anish posted at forward short leg. Initially there was a heated argument between the two players, but soon the matter escalated to such an extent that Paras lost his temper and hit Anish on the head. Before the umpire could intervene, Mayank Agarwal took position between the two players.

Why did Paras Dogra hit his head?

According to reports, Jammu and Kashmir captain Paras Dogra was angry with the continuous sledging, due to which he took this step. Although he later apologized to Anish for his action, but the Karnataka players did not accept it. After this incident, Karnataka players became more aggressive. Experienced wicketkeeper batsman KL Rahul and Karnataka captain Devdutt Padikkal also did not like this behavior of Paras. After which he reached the umpires and demanded strict action against Paras Dogra.
