Collector’s instructions in the deadline meeting, there should be no delay in undisputed distribution
Raipur. Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh, while reviewing the detailed work of revenue and various departments in the time-limited meeting on Wednesday, said that there should not be any unnecessary delay in undisputed apportionment cases.
He instructed all the tehsils to ensure prompt and timely action in the cases of account division.
The Collector said that B-1 should be read regularly and all the pending cases tehsil wise should be reviewed and resolved within the time limit. He gave instructions to ensure effective implementation of e-office system in all offices and to implement biometric attendance compulsorily. Also, asked to submit attendance report regularly on all working days.
In the meeting, in view of the upcoming summer season, the Collector laid special emphasis on the construction of soak pits and rain water harvesting systems in all the urban bodies including Municipal Corporation Raipur, Veergaon Municipal Corporation. He also appealed to the government employees to avail the benefits of the scheme under PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
The Collector directed that all Anganwadi centers and health centers must remain open within the prescribed time period. If negligence is found in this, strict action will be taken against the concerned officers and employees.
He instructed the Municipal Corporation and Tehsil Administration that shops selling Gutkha, Paan, Tobacco etc. should not be operated near the school premises. If any violation of rules is found, strict legal action will be taken against the concerned. The Collector also said that the death register should be compulsorily inspected by any officer during the village visit, so that the names of the dead persons can be removed from the list of PDS shops, their immediate entry can be ensured and the eligible beneficiaries can get the benefits of the government schemes on time.
The Collector instructed all the officers to work with sensitivity, promptness and accountability in matters related to public interest as per the intention of the government.
Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vishwadeep, District Panchayat CEO Kumar Bishwaranjan and other officials of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
