“Subedar” is the new action drama of Anil Kapoor. In it he plays the role of Subedar Arjun Maurya. Arjun is a retired army officer who returns home, only to find corruption and an illegal sand mining mafia. He has to protect his daughter. The film also stars Radhika Madan, her daughter Mona Singh, Saurabh Shukla and Aditya Rawal. Directed by Suresh Triveni. The film takes place in Madhya Pradesh.
