Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set foot in Israel after 9 years. His visit is the focus of the diplomatic circles of the whole world. But the fashionista Modi caught the eye before stepping foot in Israel. After the video of that moment went viral, Netdunia said, ‘Rong de tu mohe ocher’. Netizens did not forget to draw the example of BJP’s ocher flag.
Prime Minister Modi landed in Tel Aviv shortly before 5 pm IST on Wednesday. Seeing him, Netanyahu addressed him as ‘dear friend’ and hugged him. He was accompanied by his wife Sara Netanyahu. Modi shook hands with the First Lady of Israel. Then Modi-Sara’s ‘Ocher Moment.’ Sara was wearing an ocher dress that day. Incidentally, the pocket square of Modi’s dress was also ocher in colour.
The ‘twinning’ of the two people was first noticed by the Israeli Prime Minister himself. Pointing at his wife, he told Modi, “Look what she is wearing.” Modi laughed at Sara’s ocher dress. Then Netanyahu pointed to Modi’s pocket square. Seeing that, Modi said, “Yes, ocher.” That video has gone viral in the net world. Taking the example of Bollywood songs, many say that it is like ‘rang de tu mohe gerua’. Like many, Modi spread his beloved ocher in Israel. It may be noted that the activities of the BJP are termed by political analysts as ‘gentrification’.
