YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026 : Everyone dreams of owning a home in the country’s capital Delhi and NCR cities. The scheme of 973 residential plots of YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) has got approval from Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. It is being told that YEIDA has agreed to the terms of ReRa. The latest development is that this residential plot scheme near YEIDA Noida Airport will be launched in the next few days as soon as the registration process is completed. According to YEIDA’s ACEO Shailendra Bhatia, all the objections have been removed. With this, the process of registration of the scheme of 973 residential plots will be completed soon. After this the housing scheme will be launched.

In which sector will the housing scheme be launched?

YEIDA will launch its scheme of 973 residential plots for the first time in Sector-15C. Some plots of this scheme will also be launched in Sector-18 and 24A. It is being told that there will be a total of 973 plots in this housing scheme. Of these, 755 plots are of general category, while the rest will be reserved for farmers and other categories. At present the size of the plots will range from 162 square meters to 290 square meters. According to YEIDA sources, 481 plots of 200 square meter category and 476 plots of 162 square meter category will be included in this housing scheme. This time too, 162 square meter plots are going to be in highest demand compared to last few years.

Know the conditions also

Condition-1. At the time of application for housing scheme, 10 percent of the total price of the plot will have to be paid as registration fee.
Condition-2. After allotment, the remaining 90 percent amount will have to be deposited within 60 days.
Condition-3. With the implementation of the Agreement to Lease in the final phase, it is mandatory for the allottees to pay the stamp duty along with the lump sum payment.
