‘Not real tattoo’: Karan Kundrra clarifies tattoo of Tejasswi Prakash’s face on his chest is temporary

One of the most loved couples, Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash’s love story seems straight out of a fairytale. Fondly monikered as TejRan, the couple are head over heels in love with each other.

The couple met on the sets of Bigg Boss 15 and started dating on the show, and since then they have been indulging in PDAs. The couple is seen together in Laughter Chefs, apart from doing reality shows together. Reports of them tying the knot have also gone viral.

However, amid Karan and Tejasswi’s inseparable romance, Karan got a tattoo of his lady love, Tejasswi’s portrait, inked on his chest.

During a Ramzan celebration event in Mumbai, Karan unveiled the new tattoo inked on the right side of his chest. The actor unbuttoned his purple printed kurta and flaunted his tattoo, giving paparazzi a full view of his tribute.

In an interaction with Buzzzooka Spotlight, Karan Kundrra revealed that the tattoo was a surprise for Tejasswi ahead of her upcoming OTT release, Psycho Saiyaan. “Tomorrow her first OTT series is releasing, and because the name is Psycho Saiyaan, I became Psycho Saiyaan. This was a surprise for Teju. She hadn’t seen it, but by the time I reach home, the video will reach her first.”

Videos from the event quickly went viral on social media.

Tejasswi interacted with the paparazzi on the sets of Laughter Chefs, where she was seen posing with Bharti Singh. She mentioned that Karan has tattooed her face on his right chest, but she didn’t reveal whether it was temporary or permanent.

As the video went viral, several fans showered love on their favourite ‘TejRan’, while many even doubted, wondering if it is an AI-generated tattoo or temporary. A user wrote, “It’s not a real tattoo, it’s for Tejasswi’s upcoming series Psycho Saiyaan.”

In an interview with HT City, Karan said, “It is a tattoo of Tejasswi’s face but it is not a permanent one. It is actually for the promotion of Tejasswi’s debut OTT show Psycho Saiyaan. This is me showing support for her. The event was actually the launch of the show, and the character in the show gets a tattoo of her face. Hence, I put it on. But it’s not a real tattoo.”

He added, “Of course, I have to support her in every way, and the show is so interesting that being part of its promotion is the best way to show support.”
