Summer enters Bihar, mercury reaches 31 degrees, winter will bid farewell before Holi

Patna: The weather of Bihar will remain dry and there will be mild cold effect in the morning and evening due to the westerly. It will remain partly cloudy in most parts. According to Meteorological Center, Patna, the effect of western disturbance is expected to persist around the western Himalayan region on March 2.

Due to its effect, the weather will remain normal with cloudy weather in most parts of the state. On Wednesday, the lowest minimum temperature of Rajgir Nalanda was recorded at 12.5 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature of Patna was recorded at 18.5 degrees Celsius. Patna recorded the highest maximum temperature of 29.0 degree Celsius and Kaimur recorded the highest maximum temperature of 31.6 degree Celsius.

On Wednesday, an increase in maximum temperature was recorded in nine districts including Patna. The weather remained normal with partly cloudy sky in Patna and surrounding areas.
