OnePlus 15T Tipped to Support Wireless Charging, New Slim Magnetic Cooler in Works
The upcoming OnePlus 15T is expected to bring a major upgrade over its predecessor with the addition of wireless charging support. A recent leak suggests that the compact flagship will also be compatible with Apple’s MagSafe-style magnetic accessory ecosystem.
A OnePlus executive recently confirmed that the OnePlus 15T will launch soon and described it as a “dream phone” for users who prefer compact flagship devices. Now, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed that the device will support wireless charging as a standard feature — something that was missing on the previous-generation OnePlus 13T.
The OnePlus 15T is said to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The tipster reportedly described it as a “small powerhouse,” highlighting its flagship-grade performance in a compact form factor.
Ultra-Thin Magnetic Cooling Accessory Expected
Alongside the smartphone, OnePlus is also expected to introduce a new ultra-thin magnetic cooling accessory. According to the leak, the cooling module could measure under 1cm in average thickness, making it significantly slimmer than existing magnetic cooling solutions in the market.
An image shared by the tipster compares the upcoming cooling accessory with the OnePlus 27W Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler, showing a noticeably thinner profile. The new accessory is said to attach magnetically but may not include an internal fan, suggesting a more compact cooling approach.
