BJP MLA’s son asked for toll tax, immediately slapped him

A shocking incident has come to light from Raibha Toll Plaza located on the Southern Bypass of Agra district of Uttar Pradesh. Here Suresh Chaudhary, son of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Chaudhary Babulal from Fatehpur Sikri, slapped an employee for demanding toll tax. This entire incident has been captured in the CCTV cameras installed there, the video of which is now going viral on social media.

 

This incident happened on Tuesday afternoon. MLA’s son Suresh Chaudhary was going from Agra to Mathura in his car. When his car reached the toll plaza, the employee stopped him. There was MLA board on the vehicle but there was no ‘Fastag’ in the vehicle. When the employee asked for the identity card, Suresh Chaudhary got angry and an argument started between the two.

fight and commotion

During the argument, Suresh Choudhary got down from his car and lost his temper. He slapped the toll employee standing there hard. The people present with him tried to stop him but by then there was a lot of commotion. Other employees of the toll plaza came and intervened, after which the car of the MLA’s son was allowed to pass from there.

 

 

 

 

MLA Babulal has defended his son on this matter. He says that the mistake was of the toll employees. The MLA alleged that the toll personnel misbehaved with his son and also abused him. He also claimed that his son’s gold chain was also lost during the quarrel.

police action

As soon as information about the incident was received, Achhnera police station reached the spot and started investigating the matter. After some time, news came that an agreement had been reached between the two parties. The toll employee gave a written letter to the police saying that the dispute happened due to a misunderstanding and now he did not want to take any legal action.

 

Interestingly, during the settlement it was also stated that both the parties were distant relatives of each other, after which the police closed the case.
