Swami Avimukteshwarananda’s troubles increased, medical report of minor Batukas confirmed sexual abuse

The legal troubles of Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati, who is surrounded by allegations of alleged sexual exploitation of minor children, seem to be increasing further. According to sources, the medical examination conducted by the police has revealed signs of sexual assault on both the minor victims.

Claim of complainant Ashutosh Brahmachari

On Wednesday, the police had conducted medical examination of both the children, the report of which has now become an important part of the investigation. Complainant Ashutosh Brahmachari has also claimed that there are clear indications related to exploitation in the medical report. After the matter became serious, the police has intensified the investigation process. Officials say that the medical report is being added to the case diary as important evidence. If the allegations are confirmed in the investigation, then strict legal action can be taken against Swamy and other accused. At present the police is examining all the available evidence and statements of witnesses.

Swami Avimukteshwarananda filed anticipatory bail application

In view of the fear of arrest, Swami Avimukteshwarananda has filed an application for anticipatory bail in the Allahabad High Court. This petition is likely to be heard soon in a single bench of Justice Jitendra Kumar Sinha. The police can present the medical report and other evidence collected so far in the court. Legal experts believe that if relief is not received from the court, the police can take arrest action.

Case registered in Jhunsi police station

This case has been registered at Jhunsi police station in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Apart from Swami, a case has also been registered against his disciple Mukundanand Giri and others under the POCSO Act. Police say that the role of other possible accused in the case is also being investigated and further action will be taken after the completion of the investigation.

Complainant Ashutosh Brahmachari has also claimed that he has photos, videos and other digital evidence related to this case, which he has said will be presented before the investigating agencies. He says that the victims have recorded their statements in the court and the medical examination has also been completed. He also alleged that other people may also be involved in this case and an attempt was made to destroy the evidence.
