Amit Shah expressed strict stance on border security, mission to drive out infiltrators from Seemanchal soon, see what the Home Minister said from Araria
Araria. While addressing Border Security Force (SSB) personnel in Araria, Union Home Minister Amit Shah indicated to adopt a strict stance against infiltration in Seemanchal area. He said that the mission to drive out infiltrators from Seemanchal will be started soon. Shah clarified that due to infiltration there has been a change in the demography of the area, which cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Special instructions given to soldiers-
Shah told the soldiers that along with border security, a strict vigil should also be kept on illegal smuggling, narcotics and other criminal activities. For this, a clear SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) will have to be prepared, so that the soldiers deployed at the lower level remain fully alert. He described the security of the open border as a big challenge.
Confidence in implementing election promises-
The Union Minister said that the people of Bihar were promised during the elections to drive out infiltrators and this is not just an election announcement. He made it clear that each and every infiltrator will be identified and thrown out of Indian soil. Action in this direction will start soon in Seemanchal.

Before this, Shah offered prayers at the Hanuman temple located in East Pali of Kishanganj. During this time, Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary was also present with him.
Today Union Minister Shah will leave for Araria in SSB helicopter from Machhmara airstrip. His six-hour visit to Araria included inspection of border posts, inauguration of newly constructed buildings and high-level meetings with senior officials of border districts.
