  • ½ cup grated fresh cheese
  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • a pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp oil
  • butter to bake
  • salt as per taste

First of all, put oil in a pan and heat it on low flame. Add cumin seeds in it and let it crackle.
